Had BQ come out to level the concrete around my pool. I've had great communication with Mike throughout the process. When John the mason came out for the schedule time of the job he gave me some honest feedback and set expectations of what could be done. He gave me great information about what to look for and what could be done. Sadly that day we canceled the project but more than anything I appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Its nice to work with someone who puts the customer first like that. Anytime I am able to use BQ and John in the future I certainly will.
