A storm flooded our basement, so we contacted three companies and BQ Basements made the best presentation so we gave them the green light. Today, March 8, the crew showed up. It was the crew chief, John and his crew: Rahad, Dave and Miles. It was an all-day effort, there was that much work for the four of them to do. They stayed with it until it started to get dark but it's finished. There was a horrendous mess but they cleaned it all up. We now have a new drainage system, a first-rate sump pump and a protective moisture barrier. We are very satisfied with the end result. Many kudos to John and his crew.
